After moving to Atlanta in 1999, Bryan attended the Art Institute of Atlanta and graduated in the top of his class with a degree in culinary arts. He has worked as a chef/sous chef in many restaurants, hotels, and country clubs in the area. His resume includes the Buckhead Life restaurants, Here To Serve restaurants as well as Whirlpool Corporation. In 2003, he started styling food with TBS on “Dinner and A Movie,” and “Movie and a Makeover” and ever since then, has been pursuing this new opportunity along with his love of cooking. Today, he’s the owner/operator of EpicFoods Atlanta where he specializes in fine catering, cooking demonstrations, recipe development, F&B business operations, freelance and contract services… And of course, His favorite passion for Styling food within print, media, editorial, and production.
